Common questions

How do I reset my password?

On the sign-in screen, tap “Forgot password,” enter your email, and we’ll send a 6-digit code to set a new one.

How do I delete my account?

Open the app, go to Settings → Profile, and choose “Delete account.” This permanently removes your personal information and the workspaces you own. If you only own a shared workspace, transfer ownership first.

Does Architect work offline?

Yes. Architect is local-first — once your data has loaded, you can read, edit, create, and message fully offline. Changes sync to your other devices automatically when you’re back online.

How do I export my data?

Email support@archi.build and we’ll provide a machine-readable export of your workspace.
