Is the free plan a trial?+
No. The free plan never expires and isn't time-limited. It's capped at 3 users and 1,000 records. When you outgrow it, you upgrade.
Can I migrate from my old CRM on the free plan?+
Yes. Migration is included on every plan including free. We don't put the front door behind a paywall.
What counts as a 'record'?+
A row in any of your custom features (deals, contacts, projects, etc.). Tabs, fields, and views don't count. Comments and activity don't count. Just data rows.
When does Compliance tier ship?+
HIPAA + SOC 2 Type II are on the active roadmap but not day-one. If you need a date, talk to us — we'll tell you straight.
Do you offer discounts?+
Annual billing saves 20%. Nonprofits and education get 50% off Team and Business after a one-page application.
What if I cancel?+
Your data exports in a single click — full schema + records + audit log as a portable JSON archive. You keep it. We delete our copy within 30 days.
